Just Ask Erika is a people, talent and workplace consultancy offering advisory, fractional, and project-based People Team services, but it is just me, Erika Cherry 🍒.

I’ve spent the last twenty (plus) years working in-house in the entertainment and tech industries including early stage start-ups, scale-ups and established enterprise (Electronic Arts, Kickstarter, NBC Universal, and Respawn Entertainment).

I’ve worked across all areas of HR as a Head of People and Business Partner having delivered both strategically and operationally. Whatever stage of growth you find yourself in, whatever the reason you don’t have the time or bandwidth to get something done that would benefit your teams from a talent perspective, I can help.
